Singing Palm Sunday Workshop

Palm Sunday has some really beautiful music.

It would be great to empower as many Catholics as possible to sing the Mass. Using the Gregorian chant Ordinaries - Kyrie, Gloria, Credo, Sanctus, Agnus Dei - and the Propers: Introit, Gradual, Alleluia/Tract, Offertory, Communion.

For Palm Sunday, I have two motets in mind - O Crux Ave by Fr David Friel or Popule Meus by Victoria. They’re both 4 parts, so we need some good singers to pull that off. If we can’t manage that complexity, we can sing other pieces - like Vexilla Regis or Ave Verum or maybe the regular chant reproaches.
