When we sing the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Latin I often wonder how much my children understand. So, today I cut and paste Psalm 84 into two columns, printed out four copies, cut them up and asked my students to put them back together.

I got tired of cheap scapulars falling apart. I started looking up how to make your own. The Catholic Encylopedia has an article on Scapulars which says: The material of these two essential parts of the scapular must be of woven wool; the strings or bands may be of any material, and of any one colour.
